We organize 6000Secs Fitness, one of Nigeria’s most consistent fitness events, bringing people together to move, connect, and stay active. Through Thank God It’s Fit Friday (TGIFF), free community workouts, and wellness programs, we’ve made fitness more welcoming and accessible to everyone.
