Stephenie Agboje

I founded House of Aetheris, a Lagos-based multi-brand company spanning pageantry (Miss Aetheris Nigeria & International), fashion, beauty, and community impact; from the ground up as a solo founder, while working full-time to fund it. Miss Aetheris Nigeria runs on a State Director franchise model and an E.A.C.H. framework (Education, Access, Careers, Health), with delegate registration opening this August. I'm building toward an international edition targeting the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and Dubai. My work bridges entertainment, entrepreneurship, and social impact for young women across Lagos and beyond.
